Where should I begin with diet and working out?

I am I just don’t know if i should be trying to put on muscle or lose fat first

I was considering a routine focused on incline and flat bench press, barbell curls, skull rushers, lateral raises, shoulder press, and then rotator cuff work and rows to help my bad posture. And then doing core work too. I need to gain general strength too so I’m thinking reps in the 8-10 range for compounds and then 12 for the iso.
