I'm done with my studies and I'm tired of this retarded country.
Which country can I go to at the start of 2021?

I need a country which :
- doesn't require some 14-day quarantine
- is relatively cheap (like Thailand cheap)
- has a normal daily life in those troubled times (restaurants open, no lockdown)
- has decent weather in the winter

I literally have nothing to do for the next 6 months (at least).
