Call around local farms. That’s what I did, made friends with an organic, grass-fed beef/dairy farmer and over time got em to hook me up with the goodies. Colostrum isn’t my favorite (i do raw milk daily instead) but it’s nutritious as fuck.

It’s thicker and chalkier. Still fine but not an every day drink for me

I suppose it depends if you get it from the first, second, or third milking. I've only had second/third milking and it wasn't much different. I presume the first milking will be noticeably different, however

Seconding this OP. I had to go on a similar quest to obtain raw milk.
