if you get it, make sure it's 4% strength. Use tretinoin with it to get results faster, and wear SPF 50 sunscreen daily.

yeah caught the ghoul look my skin was completely white/greyish. Was good for attention from the alt/goths I used to like but you honestly need vit D & sunlight for mental health & other shit. Caught a depression & physique deteriorated. Went back to brown hair x tan & been doing much better since. With women overall as well.

Indeed you need the sun and vitamin d and all the beneficial effect the UV rays have. The sun is a very potent way to combat depression.
