Is it safe to use hydroquinone near my eyes too? They have become darker over the years

What about the upper eyelids? Even tho my eyelid show is less they look too dark.

Use it very carefully and not often, eyelids in general are very thin and sensitive so I normally wouldn't recommend it at all but as long as its not excessive, you should be fine and still see results from gradual use
