  1. For now i cut down to around 12-13% bf via:
  • 20,000 steps per day
  • IF fasting + fasted / NEAT cardio = was an easy caloric deficit
  • Light walk or run before breakfast to burn a bit more fat
  1. Medication & supps
  • Im on Vyvanse and I added Reta on top
  • I noticed the Reta synergizes with the NEAT very well as it allowed my baseline endurance to rise and by not spiking HR/cortisol
  • 600 mg magnesium at night
  • Helps maintain the dryness of the Vyvanse and Reta while keeping my heart in check so my stress & HR isn’t spiked all the time
  • Liquid L carnitine in morning before fasted cardio
What do you guys think my next steps should be should I cut down more or start bulking now?

thats another thing too
Hes clearly not done his cut optimally
For a truly optimal cut you need something to block cortisol like tren or relacorilant
 
What cycle would you reccomend starting atp for me
Im 100% not the guy to ask but 500 test p weekly 10 weeks ARB for blood pressure anti oxidants (vit e NAC)
cardio daily
4iu hgh daily for extra lipolysis
caloric surplus of 300, 1g for protein per pound of bodyweight
90 minutes before training eat .8 grams of carbs for each kg

ask meso rx or somebody more experienced than me
