- For now i cut down to around 12-13% bf via:
- 20,000 steps per day
- IF fasting + fasted / NEAT cardio = was an easy caloric deficit
- Light walk or run before breakfast to burn a bit more fat
- Medication & supps
- Im on Vyvanse and I added Reta on top
- I noticed the Reta synergizes with the NEAT very well as it allowed my baseline endurance to rise and by not spiking HR/cortisol
- 600 mg magnesium at night
- Helps maintain the dryness of the Vyvanse and Reta while keeping my heart in check so my stress & HR isn’t spiked all the time
- Liquid L carnitine in morning before fasted cardio
