Like, maybe a collection of guides for beginners who are just figuring things out?

I'm 17, I'm fat. Still...
I'm 175-176 cm tall and live in Central Asia. I'm Kazakh. I'm not sure I want to share my face for evaluation, especially given my already low self-esteem.
I was already in blackpill and all that crap a year or a year and a half ago and it broke me, I was really depressed

Getting to a low bodyfat% is definitly the first step with the information you've given. I reccomend doing a form of cardio you like every day and spamming energy drinks and diet soda to help keep you in a caloric deficit.
