Which ADHD Med is the best?

I’m in Eu so I can’t get Adderall and for US cells Vyvanse = Elvanse .

From what I have read Ritalin short and long release doesn’t work good since the concentration has big highs and downs and isn’t consistent.

The only ones that caught my eye are Concerta (more consistent release, 22% immediate release and 78% prolonged release).

  Thats what the website says and its true since if you look at the left graph D-amphetamine has a higher peak and at around hour 4 you get less serum concentration than with lisdexamfetamine

My experience with Elvanse and Concerta:
Elvanse makes me super super aggressive and my parents hate Elvanse
Concerta gives me headaches


I dont know what to do or how to solve it. I thought of taking Concerta (headaches) or Elvanse (aggression) and pair it with Guanfacine, which makes you calmer.

the shit im taking is just better than elvanse. elvanse is lisdexamfetamine which is aigh, the adderall im doing is a mix of dextro and levo amphetamines which make u hella euphoric, hella motivated and locked in and supresses appetite completely. ts literally limitless pill while feeling like i have a body high all day

Well I’m clinically fucked then I did 36mg concerta and it barely suppressed my adhd tendencies. I hope vyvanse actually helps

Well once it actually worked I did function better. But it was short lived at most 3-4 hours. And then it tapered off fast. Also it made me concentrate and i could think more clearly. But it didn’t feel like I was drugged. Other than that I had no heart palpitations or problems
