okay u don’t need to bone smash cause ur age and all is perfect to develop it naturally

you need calcium, vitamin D and protein
magnesium is also good try to eat as much of this as you can

do running, bench presses, pull ups, push ups and squats because bones grow stronger under stress

sleep 8-10 hours
low cortisol
no smoking or alcohol

if the diet isn’t enough get calcium + vitamin D supplements

this is the best way to get it naturally

hit ur cheekbones when standing straight up against a wall, do it directly after lifting, u can also place weights on your face to stimulate bone growth.

You have to stimulate bone growth, by putting constant pressure on your bones. fighting helps this, it takes a while but eventually if u do it right u will see progress. Do your own research dont just listen to me if u are serious.

yeah there is a limit to how much bone mass you can get the goal is to reach that limit naturally
