I googled. Kazakhs and Kyrgyz seem Asian while Tajikistanis, Uzbeks, and Turkmenistanis look MENA.

Kazakhstan definitely. I have been to Kazakhstan and the only superior women to them are probably white women.

The country was substantially Russian toward the end of the USSR. 2 is obviously predominantly Central Asian and 3 looks mixed Slav and Central Asian, IMO.
