I’d go with .025% for least amount of sides while still preventing hair loss but .05% is also a good option if you want something stronger.

.1 and up is what you use if you’re already getting fucked by the Norwood reaper. If you stay consistent with a low dose you shouldn’t lose hair.
Especially if you use minoxidil and micro needle on top of that
