Dumbells and barbell are just worst machines overall, holy instability. Machines and cuffed cables are way better.Lateral raises for sure as a burn set and focus on should presses, very good exercise. Whether or not you want to run dumb bells, barbell, smith machine or machine cable is up to you.
My man right there, I agree but I still prefer doing my lateral raised with dumb bells, cables sometimes.
