Which delt should I be focusing on?

I’m trying to grow my shoulders and fill my frame but I don’t really know which one to train more and which one helps your frame.

Just do shoulder press lat raises and rear delt flies, side delts help the most with frame

Spam lat raises for side delts to make your frame wider

Focus on side and rear delts

Get ekkovision straps and do cuff lateral raises.

Lateral raises for sure as a burn set and focus on should presses, very good exercise. Whether or not you want to run dumb bells, barbell, smith machine or machine cable is up to you.

Side delts for width
Dont neglect front and rear delts so you get a 3d shape

Dumbells and barbell are just worst machines overall, holy instability. Machines and cuffed cables are way better.

My man right there, I agree but I still prefer doing my lateral raised with dumb bells, cables sometimes. I was just enumerating all the possible methods depending on what op has access to.

Train all three heads of the felt and focus on side and maybe front delt
