Occasional 3 day water fasts then normal diet (not cheat days) and working out on non fast days

Consistent significant calorie deficit



I think I’d rather suffer for a few days than every day tbh. Leaning towards fasting rather than long term cut ngl.
 
calorie deficit is detrimental to the organism. if you cant look good while in your ''idle'' physique state, i am sorry.
