Which direction to go next? Actual high iq needed

These last 2 months I have been trying to fix my colouring, hair and leaning down. It has not been high effort and mainly just general care, although now I find myself struggling on what to improve next.

All pictures are as raw as can be. No squinting, no expression. I got hairspray stuck in my eyelid and that’s why my left eye droops so much on my newer pictures.

I am not looking for brainless teens who just got their first ass-hair telling me to blast, no.

yeah i've been trying some random brand eyebrow growth serum for some time but pretty sure it's cope. i've been leaning towards oral minoxodil but side effects keep me away. May take the risk
