Which eye surgery is actually worth it and how do you know when you’re going too far?

If I’m being real I’ve been thinking about eye surgeries and I’m trying to figure out which ones are actually the best and if they’re even worth it. I see stuff like blepharoplasty where they remove extra skin or fat from your eyelids and then things like canthoplasty or canthopexy that change the shape or tilt of your eyes, but I don’t really know how to tell which one would even fit me or if I would even need something like that. Like how do you know if it’s actually something that would improve your looks or if you’re just overthinking and going too far with it? I also wonder how people know when it becomes too much because I’ve seen cases where it starts to look unnatural or like they lost their normal expressions. I don’t want to end up chasing something where I keep thinking I need more and more done. At the same time I’m trying to understand if there’s a way to tell what would actually make a difference versus what’s unnecessary. So I guess what I’m really asking is how do you know which eye surgery is actually right for you and how do you know when it’s enough and not overdoing it?
