Hi, I am maximising igf1 levels while i am in a surplas and wondering which of these recommended supplements are actually useful. For more info, I am keeping natural sugars high throughout the day 5-6 meals daily for igf1 spikes and have animal based diet.

Here is the list of recommended supplements, I am wondering which would actually benefit me to increase igf1/insulin sensitivity and which are useless when taken with a good diet high in animal foods.

  • Magnesium
  • Thiamine (Vitamin B1)
  • B-Complex
  • Zinc
  • Creatine Monohydrate
  • Alpha-Lipoic Acid (ALA)
  • Cinnamon Extract
  • Leucine
  • Colostrum Powder
  • Branched-Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs)
  • MK-677
  • L-Arginine

(some of these help metabolise/utilise sugars, apparently)

Thanks in advance if any educated smart niggas see this post and reply

• Creatine supplementation has been shown to increase IGF-1 levels, in conjunction with resistance training and a high-protein diet.
• Zinc can also boost IGF-1 levels by increasing testosterone production. Testosterone stimulates growth hormone production which is a direct precursor to IGF-1.
• Astragalus root is a herb that has also been shown to increase growth hormone secretion.
• L-arginine, again, helps stimulate the production of growth hormone.
• Magnesium is important when it comes to activating Vitamin D which studies show plays a role in increasing IGF-1 levels.

It’s not a supplement and you probably already know this, but regular exercise, particularly resistance training, significantly boosts growth hormone production, which in turn elevates IGF-1 levels. For optimal IGF-1 spikes, you should focus on lifting heavy weights and doing compound movements such as squats, deadlifts, and bench presses.
