Mouth Widening Appliances
is it a narrow palate if it 43~44mm? I'm not sure I think its above average and would guess it's not narrow

My friend and I both have around 5 cm mouth, I am 49 and he is 51. We would like about 60mm mouths
What to start with? Lots of confliicting answers/replies here.
