what muscles should one train to reach peak aesthetics? delts would be an easy pick but what else? lmk

Obv delts but uve mentioned that, lats definetly to get v taper, biceps would be good as well, biceps and lats work together so that saves some effort. Wouldnt hurt to have nice chest, and triceps as well, but those are secondary. Mostly shoulders and lats

Well i'm sure that you're not realistically gonna have big enough lats to look like those roided up manlets cause.. they on roidsU
Unless ur thinking of hopping on roids/peptides etc. Even then you can control how much muscle you gain, just by dialing the amount of training you do, if you're that concerned about having too big lats. Even if u get the blocky build tho, its still better than being weak and short. If you wear compression shirts you look great, the larger the lats the better when ur wearing a shirt

Upper chest is good for Astetics. Obliques are underrated too. Everything else people already said

obliques? people usually say it's not ideal to train them because your waist becomes blocky

Definitely don’t overtrain them. But if you train them once to twice a week, they will definitely make you look better a little.
