I mean, I think it ultimately comes down to what you think would fit your facial proportions best. The surgeon will most likely show you a sketch of what they think can realistically be achieved based on your references.

Reduce alar width + slight nasal tip definition with maybe some more tip projection

Don’t need much alrd look good just a bit of a bigger nose but doesn’t look too out of place so I wouldn’t really worry abt it
