Which one is better running, jogging, or walking? for health long term

ive heard they're all good but some people say running is bad so im a little bit confused here
 
Low intensity steady state cardio is ideal form of cardio, running is intense rough on joints and can spike cortisol- good for general fitness but not optimal in a looks context

use retatrutide and do steady state cardio 30 mins a day and you’ll be in the perfect spot.

running being dangerous comes from lazy shitfa6s everything has to be done in moderation it is sooo good for so many things. you should walk 2h twice a week 2-4 light jog for lets say 20-30 and 1-3 sprints.
