It’s hard to change nose mouth ratio but you can reduce the inflammation in your nose or just get rhino. You should also eyebrow pull and massage your forehead while pulling your eyebrows down. You can probably get to hmtn. You should also use glasses that fits your face shape after surgery and other things to fraud your under eye support
