idk i used to think esr was very important but unless u have subhuman esr its not that noticeable

Many people have normal ESR, it's the ratio which fucks you up completely tho if you have a subhuman low or high ESR.

So I'd say for the general population,

MFR, philtrum to chin ratio, FWHR,
I'd say pfl isn't even that relevant unless you have like 25mm pfl, but even that it's not that huge of a failo imo.
