Skin, hair, eye area, facial bloating, etc. What actually matters?
 
for me glycine really improved my nasal labial folds, especially whilst pinning ghk-cu
 
also if you look slightly yellow or too yellow I would go on and fix iron deficiency or b12 or like folate or whatever. I think hemoglobin levels are extremely underrated on org and should be maxxed
