Which retinoid to start with

I have no acne I’m just trying to get rid of milia near my eye area. I’ve never used any retinoids before, only products like cleansers, niacinamide, hyaluronic acid, etc. A lot of people will say tretinoin immediately but I want to mitigate any side effects. I just need something to use so the milia doesn’t come back, I will probably pop the biggest ones with a needle. Should I use retinol .05 or 1% and any other products?

Isn’t accutane od for just milia, is it a good idea to just go straight it instead of starting small and building up?

you have milia and not acne
if anything start taking retinoids asap and go to the dermatologist for period procedures
