there probably wouldn't be too much of a risk of left ventricle hypertrophy, but permanent shutdown will happen. If you wanna take gear, you will have to live with that, and then try and get your natural levels back, if you wanna have kids, or if you wanna stop roiding forever

no his bidelt is first of all, probably larger than 23 inches. Also my clavicles are carrying, like I have a lot of muscle, obv not nearly as much as Jeff, but my clavicles, have been hella wide my whole life, even before I worked out I had wide shoulders.

that's an older picture, gained 10 pounds bw + like 50 lbs on my bench since then. Don't take a lot of physique pictures anymore.

Rn I am thinking of quiting gym membership and doing workout at home because it is 90% the same anyways just with free weight instead of fancy machines

already answered that, said there wouldn't be a high risk of left ventricle hypertrophy, as the dosage is low. And as a roider you have to accept that your natty test levels are gonna shut down.

And you can probably make that work, but really very primitive, I would keep my gym membership. How are you gonna train back and legs?

40kg adjustable dumbbells 2 of them so 80kg horizontal row
Weighted pullup with plates at home
Rear delt fly with these dumbbells


Goblet squat and regular squat with 80kg dumbbells
80kg calf raises
80kg hips thurst with these dumbbells and belts

even if you PCT, you might have to be on TRT for life. That's kinda one of the things about gear, you have to commit a lot. Personally im natty, but I've done very extensive research on steroids specifically. Would still keep a membership, as you would definitely have way more optimal movements. For example, goblin squats are probably the worst squat variation.

Fr a lot of people measure their bidelt wrong. Even loox has a 24 I think and he blasted so much shit
maybe it was smaller, I don't really gaf, it measured 23, will remeasure tomorrow, and change accordingly.

With my home setups the only limitation is quads workouts


Hips thurst with belt and calf raises with weights more than enough at home


I can't be at the gym for half of a year because of harsh climate so at home is more consistent
