Eat healthy, get sunlight, and get at least 8 hours of sleep. Will do way more for you than any exercise

this is because the study is probably performed daily it should be at maximum 3 times a week

Nice, doesn’t mean jumping and sprinting have any correlation
it might. when i was younger i did tons of masaai jumps and got taller after a few months, probably just hit a lucky growthspurt tho
