Which split is the best?

In the intention of just building muscles and a aesthteic physique; which split is the best?

Is it a push pull leg?
Full body?
bro split?

And approximately how mich sets for a muscle group per split?

Would also be thankful m, if y‘all would argue why.

imo as long as you're consistently setting foot in the gym, you're doing something right and putting yourself above most people. Don't get lost in all the different ways you can do it.

Push pull legs is always a good option for building muscle, as it allows you to hit certain groups hard and then give them a few days off. Idk whatever works for your schedule

3-4 exercises per muscle group, 3-4 sets of high weight 7-12 reps per set

upper lower, with focus on getting stronger.

4-8 sets per muscle group a week.
