yes, to preserve ur collagen and avoid getting wrinkles. best anti aging tool in ur looksmaxxing arsenal, majority of people r too lazy to do even this and look oldcel in late 20sDon't want to change the subject of the thread but is sunscreen a must?
Is the reason their collagen is shit in their late 20s because they didn't use sunscreen or because they had a bad diet, sleep and consumed a bunch of alcohol? Just wondering if you know how much is actually related to using sunscreen.yes, to preserve ur collagen and avoid getting wrinkles. best anti aging tool in ur looksmaxxing arsenal, majority of people r too lazy to do even this and look oldcel in late 20s
sun exposure, diet, alcohol, lifestyle, stress, smoking r all factorsIs the reason their collagen is shit in their late 20s because they didn't use sunscreen or because they had a bad diet, sleep and consumed a bunch of alcohol? Maybe this is cope but I think you don't age as much if you are out a lot in the sun compared to someone who is just outside a little bit every year. Like if you are outside all the time you slowly build up recistance against the sun but if you just go out just every now and then the sun will be so strong against your pale skin so that it will damage it more compared to someone who was outside all the time. Maybe a retard take by me.sun exposure, diet, alcohol, lifestyle, stress, smoking r all factors
this study says 90% of aging is caused by uv exposure, sounds like cope but its better to be safe than sorry![]()
Effect of the sun on visible clinical signs of aging in Caucasian skin
Aging signs can be classified into four main categories: wrinkles/texture, lack of firmness of cutaneous tissues (ptosis), vascular disorders, and pigmentation heterogeneities. During a lifetime, skin will change in appearance and structure not only because ...www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov

No, it's a jew psyop. They spread the idea that sun is dangerous to sell it (and keep people unhealthy, two birds with same stone).Don't want to change the subject of the thread but is sunscreen a must?

Tbh I don't go outside, so there's no way for me to test, but I don't believe the life-giving sun can be bad for you.

Almost every normie who uses sunscreen has a shit diet which is lacking in essential fat soluble vitamins. Everyone knows the sun damages your cells either way but the only difference is whether or not your body can repair the damage. Is the reason their collagen is shit in their late 20s because they didn't use sunscreen or because they had a bad diet, sleep and consumed a bunch of alcohol? IMO if you have a good diet with organs, pasture raised dairy, raw eggs/ butter, red meat etc and MORE IMPORTANTLY avoid crap like seed oils then it's not really necessary. Looking like a dumbass pale vampire (BRYAN JOHNSON) is - .5 PSL yet having Strijd/ Delon level colouring is a huge halo. Who the fuck cares what you look like at 60+ it's all about here and now trying to hit your genetic peak

I do actually watch him and Frank Tufano's old videos often. I've been at both ends of the scale though in terms of being full vegan and then also carnivore. Biggest regret of my life was the vegan shit. Weak, pale, and sickSv3rige is that you ?
