yes, to preserve ur collagen and avoid getting wrinkles. best anti aging tool in ur looksmaxxing arsenal, majority of people r too lazy to do even this and look oldcel in late 20s

Is the reason their collagen is shit in their late 20s because they didn't use sunscreen or because they had a bad diet, sleep and consumed a bunch of alcohol? Just wondering if you know how much is actually related to using sunscreen.

sun exposure, diet, alcohol, lifestyle, stress, smoking r all factors

this study says 90% of aging is caused by uv exposure, sounds like cope but its better to be safe than sorry

Maybe this is cope but I think you don't age as much if you are out a lot in the sun compared to someone who is just outside a little bit every year. Like if you are outside all the time you slowly build up recistance against the sun but if you just go out just every now and then the sun will be so strong against your pale skin so that it will damage it more compared to someone who was outside all the time. Maybe a retard take by me.

No, it's a jew psyop. They spread the idea that sun is dangerous to sell it (and keep people unhealthy, two birds with same stone).

Yeah, that's what I think aswell, haven't used sunscreen this year and it doesn't feel bad in any way at all.

Tbh I don't go outside, so there's no way for me to test, but I don't believe the life-giving sun can be bad for you.
bro its obvious, my face looks like roasted walnut and 2 shades darker if I spend a whole day outdoors travelling compared to vampiremaxxing

theres a way to test this, excess uv exposure, some uv helps with vitamin d, but excess penetrates into the epidermis and damages ur skin cells / dna in some way

Almost every normie who uses sunscreen has a shit diet which is lacking in essential fat soluble vitamins. Everyone knows the sun damages your cells either way but the only difference is whether or not your body can repair the damage.

IMO if you have a good diet with organs, pasture raised dairy, raw eggs/ butter, red meat etc and MORE IMPORTANTLY avoid crap like seed oils then it's not really necessary. Looking like a dumbass pale vampire (BRYAN JOHNSON) is - .5 PSL yet having Strijd/ Delon level colouring is a huge halo. Who the fuck cares what you look like at 60+ it's all about here and now trying to hit your genetic peak

I do actually watch him and Frank Tufano's old videos often. I've been at both ends of the scale though in terms of being full vegan and then also carnivore. Biggest regret of my life was the vegan shit. Weak, pale, and sick
