It makes me cringe when users on here make this recommendation, because I'm dubious as to what medical practitioner would perform this procedure on a patient with mild oral recession who only wants to augment his mid-face projection by a few millimetres for purely cosmetic reasons.

Approach this forum with caution. Many of these users are troubled adolescents who can barely pass 9th grade math, so I don't think they're in any position to recommend surgical procedures accurately...

I agree but I need to make my chin go forward. I have recessed maxilla and undereye hollowness. Also deviated nose and long philtrum.

Chin - sliding osteotomy genioplasty, or chin implant, or both.
Maxilla - maxillary osteotomy procedure, or increased projection via an implant or dermal filler into the piriform fossa.
Under-eye - dermal filler, or fat grafting.
Deviated Nose - rhinoplasty, or septoplasty, or tipoplasty. (You didn't mention which part of the nose was deviated).
Long Philtrum - centralised lip lift procedure, or lip filler, or both.

Thanks man took screenshot back to research now. With sliding genioplasty, can they also lower your chin to make the jawline look longer vertically? My chin might be too short too.

Yes it can, which is great. A chin implant projects outward, where as a sliding genioplasty projects outward but can also increase the height of the chin. That's what differentiates a chin implant from a sliding genioplaty - the implant cannot elongate the face. There are a few vertical-lengthening chin implants on the market, but I'm dubious as to how effective they are, and how natural they look.
