Which surgeries do I need to ascend?

Be honest what do you think my main flaws are and what are the best surgeries to fix them?
In my opinion I have bad undereyes support, negative orbital vector, bad jawline width, roman nose and fucking malar bags/wrinkles (I hate them so much) I have already tried and I'm currently doing skincare but they never go completely away, probably because of a lack of bones. I'm currently thinking about getting a rhino to fix the nose, fat grafting for the wrinkles and the malar bags and better undereyes support and possibly a jawline implant to get a wider jaw. What are your thoughts on this? (I'm 18 btw)
I'm squinting a bit in all of them and the last pic has been taken in the worst possible light.
I believe there is a tiny bit of lens distortion in all of the pics, especially in the last one.

Yup I agree with rhino, but fillers are temporary and I don't think my lips are a big flaw, I wanna fix them forever, not gonna spend money forever
