Which surgery do i need to fix my eye area?

I am really ignorant regarding eyes, focused mainly on my lower third and i am getting DJS soon, i have some brutal asymmetry, my right eye looks disgusting.

Brutal tbh i am fully deformed what a shit hand of cards was i dealt, i have to almost fully reconstruct my face, it is what it is.

Is it only my Infraorbital area that is fucked? Planned on getting InfraMalar implants after my Bimax, my midface is hypoplastic

I don't think infra implants are the answer.

Your eyes are asymmetric, so each might benefit from different treatments.

Right eye (left in the pic) :
- upper blepharoplasty
- lower lid retraction repair and/or canthopexy

Left eye (right in the pic) :
- upper blepharoplasty
- canthoplasty

Expect to retain some minor asymmetries afterwards, which is completely normal.

I know this is the cosmetic surgery subforum, but one of your priorities right now should be to refine your skin texture with tazarotene, chemical peelings, CO2 laser, etc.
