Should stick to softmaxxing and fillers. Rhino can't improve him much

You have a narrow and long mid face which is your worst falio imo (not fixable). Your other features are not that bad, so I doubt doing extensive surgery would have the correct ROI for you.

Finally a good answer with a good point actually never thought of this. Cruel russian skull genetics ig. Thank you G.
But if i would get more forward growth to balance it out? Like jaw implants?
Or really just focus on eye area

Alright thank you. So where would say Fillers would be good? Jaw and chin?
And why wouldnt rhino improve much. Hate ma nose dead ass.

dyeing your eyebrows darker would be a easy fix..

Hair transplant, orbital fat grafting (might as well chin fat grafting for extra projection while your at it) rhino for downturned tip to a neutral one and fixing your short ramus/short mandible

recommend you to make pics with the front cam with 2x zoom as distortion made your oblong longmidface more extreme

I did already 1 ml DIY Filler. Gonna do a another ml and in gonions. Yeah im always forgetting dying my eyebrows. Focusing on nose and eye area now. Might do supra and orbital fat graft and would i benefit from pasty? Or would pexy be it. Dont know if i might Night ptosis repair aswell.
Thank you very mich for a respectful response

Some fat grafting on the upper eyelid can help and if you want to reduce the scleral show then an infraorbital implant is probably the only options. The results can come out pretty good if you don't get botched. Idk if this is the kind of answer you're looking for but I'm just trying to help. Good luck. Also you can consider canthopexy if you want to change the canthal tilt.

you can consider canthopexy if you want to change the canthal tilt.
Canthopexy mostly tightens/stabilizes/straightens the lower lid, but doesn't really change the canthal tilt, or only to a subtle extent. While a canthoplasty will actually lift the lateral canthus and thus significantly alter the canthal tilt.

if you want to reduce the scleral show then an infraorbital implant is probably the only options.
Although an infraorbital implant can reduce scleral show, there are other and potentially better options : canthopexy and lower lid retraction repair (with or without a spacer graft).

Anyway, I don't think @Faon00 's canthal tilt or lower lid are the problem here. The pronounced asymmetry on his right upper lid (left in the pics) seems to be caused by a combination of ptosis and fat deficit. So my guess is that he could undergo periorbital fat grafting for both eyes and ptosis repair for the right eye.

Getting back to his original inquiry : unlike previous users, I believe he can improve his looks with a rhinoplasty (upward tip rotation, dorsal hump / radix shaving) and a genioplasty (forward advancement & downgraft). Something like that :

Faon

Although lip assessments are a bit worse in the after (I only checked the S-line), I don't think it's really affecting his looks negatively. On the other hand, facial convexity & harmony are both improved. Rotation of the nose tip might create the illusion of a more compact midface from the front ; combining it with some upper lip alteration (filler, lip lift) might reinforce the results, or simply be necessary to maintain harmony (as rotating the nose tip might uncover more of the philtrum from the front).

The front profile pic is unideal — taken too close to the face at an odd angle — and doesn't allow a secure assessment.
I can tell though that he is a Norwood 2-ish with receded temporal peaks, so he should hop on hair loss meds if he hasn't already, and potentially consider a surgical treatment down the road (depending on age, family history of hair loss, and meds' results).

First of all thank you. You Infromation sounds very very helpful. It sounds very smart❤️

was thinking about getting a pexy with fat grafting.

There‘s definitely a asymmetry in the lid. Im constantly loosing fat cause of stressing (cortisol attack cause of look)
rhinoplasty (upward tip rotation, dorsal hump / radix shaving) and a genioplasty
definitely think my nose is my biggest roi. Combining with genio or fillers.

Yes Iam NW2 thinkin abt finasteride.

Final decision think would be rhinoplasty, genio or fillers. For eye area pexy, periorbital far grafting and ptosis repair. For hair going to do needling weekly and fin if i can get it

Nigga get marpe for better TFWHR and FWHR (possibly even you'll get a bit of forward growth), the fuck you're talking about. You would also greatly benefit from periorbital fat graft and can also throw in genioplasty if you're a rich mf.
