I'm too ugly to send pics. I look generic curry tho, the short brachy peanut skull, round facial contours and heavy facial fat with low drape tension, flat midface and unsightly eye area.

If you want a quick aesthetic fix then sliding genio (specifically to heighten the chin as there isn't just one way to preform genio) will do. Since you're getting trimax which includes genio (if it didn't then it'd just be bimax) I'd just make sure to add the fact that you'd prefer some additional chin height.

Surgeon would know best for what your bite needs to be corrected, people overestimate the aesthetic enhancements of bimax, it's mostly functional and is therefore mostly treated as a functional surgery. Genio on the other hand is mostly cosmetic and is what really brings out a post-jaw surgery result, most "bimaxes" that stick out are actually trimaxes.

The guy with the short chin from my post you reacted to got sliding-genio alone funnily enough.
