I've attached two photos below. The first photo is of my eye area and the second photo is of a guy who got surgery with Taban. The only difference I can see between myself and this guy is that his iris is in a different position. His medial canthus was already below his iris, so all he needed was a lower eyelid retraction and a lateral canthoplasty.
How could I get the same result he did? My medial canthus isn't below my iris, so I'm thinking that I would need to do a lower eyelid retraction surgery, lateral canthoplasty, AND a medial canthoplasty? Basically, he only needed 2 procedures because he had a good base for surgery, I would need 3 to accomplish the same thing.
Thoughts?
