While leanmaxxing, how do you avoid potential heightmin and stunted growth?

title, basically many ppl and hamza soybeans say "bulk 500cals at 15" then mfs end up 25% bodyfat at 16, and its obviously that the guys on cut with low body fat are the ones who get female gaze and social respect, so its obviously better to cut, but there are rumors that on a caloric deficit you lose your cantimeteres and deny a growth spurt, is it even real and is there a way to avoid it?

Calorie deficit will stunt growth. My growth was stunted at 14 for almost a year because I was trying to get lean.

just dont starve yourself. eat a varied diet, sleep well, high protein etc and you'll be fine. i wouldn't try getting down much lower than 12% bodyfat or so in puberty tho but you can definitely go from like 20% to 12% without any issues in terms of height
 
Do it slowly
I unintentionally leanmaxxed my entire puberty and grew just fine

If you're a child, don't try to cut right now. Just cut out all processed foods. Only drink water, and join a sports team for each season of the year. Your school should have sports teams.

You'll look fine, and when you've reached full height you can start a cut.
