white hands

my hands are not getting good blood flow, they're often pale white (look like womens hands), sometimes the nerves "fall asleep", cant feel my hands for a while. Also they turn pale white immediately if I hold them under cold water. For reference my arm stays much darker when I put it under the same water, its only the hands and wrists. They also almost don't tan, my arms are much darker.

there has to be some kind of underlying issue, if not, how can I get my hands to look less like a fucking women's hands?

Awkward but I wouldn’t go to the doctor just because your hands don’t become brown/red that’s a really funny and stupid reason
