Only some. Swiss people are very athletic, it’s like part of their culture to do sports as well, they do mountaineering for fun. Also some scandinavian countries have a lot of fit people. Apart from that europeans are really not very athletic overall, most european countries who participate in the olympics or in Football use foreign (mostly African) athletes to win medals for them
