youre on HGH tho so you kind of need to eat a lot of carbs to constantly trigger the hgh into igf1 conversion, u can get away with it like i said (skip nuts tho it doesnt trigger an igf1 spike)

yeah and a lot of amino acids that raise hgh levels are found in animal foods, its not only protein but a lot of micronutrients that plays a role in the food

Damn. So it's kinda risky eh. Is there a certain diet that can actually like maximise ur height combined with losing body fat. It's crazy but I can't find a single one. Especially a cutting diet stunts growth.

its bad for 2 reasons
1) youre not supposed to mix Fat and Carbs together (eggs are fat, bread are carbs) 2) the phytic acid from bread will lower the minerals from the egg

yes thats good, the bread would be the least important part but thats it, it still has eggs which isnt good to combine with carbs but i think its fine (make sure to eat the carbs or drink the milk first, that way the insulin spikes with the carbs because thats the first thing you eat, its quite important actually. if you eat the eggs first then your insulin wont spike as much and it will go to waste. good little trick

nah not really besides carnivore + raw milk (which is almost close to what ure doing). the bodyfat needs to go tho since high bf% = higher estrogen and less testosterone

also overall just a tip and that is drink a lot of rawmilk at the same time, that way u can go longer periods without having to rehydrate yourself, that way you dont have to drink tap-water (which contains hormone disruptors) . and everytime u drink raw milk u will spike ur igf-1 since it contains carbs, so you dont want to drink raw milk hourly, but if you do drink it you want to drink a lot of it so u dont have to drink it hourly as you will be hydrated.
just dont spike it too many times a day (4 for a regular person is bad but the hgh might change it)

overall ur diet is pretty good

Yeah i usually always avoid tap water even at my school most of the time. It contains disgusting hormones.

I'm asking cause this will be my first time i am ever gonna lift as i have not touched a single dumbbell yet so maybe some newbie gains?

most likely, and if you end up staying at the same weight after a full month then ur bf% has still decreased due to body composition

if you gain weight then it might be because youre eating 4 meals a day (i believe you do at least?) which in itself isnt that great

just dont eat inbetween meals even if its super small meal
