Anyways i didnt listen to this cope and tried a lot of different methods but none of them worked

-carbamide peroxide

Just a waste of money and time

Anyways this is my progress so far after 1 session of 35% hydrogen peroxide done at home

i think i will do 2 more sessions.

if you apply the gingival barrier correctly then you should have no problems but the h2o gel touched my lip a little bit and it got burnt and was painful for 2 days.

the teeth sensitivity lasted about 24h.
