wtf do i do about my tongue, my oral hygiene is so bad and idk what to do, i brush my teeth, i use a water pick, a tongue scraper and i still get a white tongue which causes me to get bad breath. wtf do i do

But the way to actually make the white shit stop showing up on your tongue is to stop eating processed carbs/sugar. The white shit is bacteria that grows on your tongue. It’s also growing in your throat and stomach from consuming sugary shit and carbs. I’ve been cutting for a few weeks now, my only carb sources are fruits and vegetables. The amount of white shit that shows up on my tongue has greatly decreased
