The goal is to get that souther european look. Obviously every ethnic won't be able to pass europeam, still worth trying though
I think these changes are realistic, I am not ethnic myself so this is partly speculation
The first thing I will mention is:
GETTING A BIG, TALL, ANGULAR CHIN
Nothing screams more "caucasian" than a tall, well defined chin. And the good news is: its very easy to achieve with fillers. Out of all races, caucasians have on average the tallest, most defined chins. If you think your chin is average you should still get it. If you fear that the filler will migrate then just get titanium implants
Look at this indian. He have typical indian eye area and facial features, but something about him gives an european vibe. Its his tall angular chin (with his goated facial fat distribution).

BUCCAL FAT PAD REDUCTION AND LIPOSUCTION
If you are the type of ethnic that has a double chin and fat cheeks, get a bichectomy and liposution (after trying to get good results by loosing bodyfat only).
Good angularity helps alot to look european. Just look how mestizos look much more amerindian when they are fat.
RHINOPLASTY
This is also essential if you are looking into whitemaxxing, otherwise you will be called a jew.
LIP REDUCTION
If your lips are way thicker and fatter than the caucasian average, you can get lip reduction surgery. Its common in asian and seems relatively safe(hope you don't get botched). This can help alot with looking more typically european.
SKIN AND LIPS LIGHTENING
Essential for the whitemaxxing purpose. Its very achievable through hydroquinone 4%. Mixing it with retinoids on the facial skin can make the effect more dramatic. On the lips use only hydroquinone. Be careful to apply it evenly unless you want to look like a cow. After using it consistently for 2 months make sure to take a 1 month break.
EYEBROW TRIMMING
If your eyebrows curve downwards too much you can get a browlift. This is expensive though, if the money is thight spend it on fillers(Chin). Cheaper option would be trimming them so they look more straight.
If your eyebrows are overly vertically thick, trim the upper part. It will not only make them less bushy but make them seem closer to the eyes.
BROWRIDGE FILLERS
Some ethnic have pretty subpar browridges. If you have a close to average brow ridge you shouldn't do it because risking looking like an ogre is not worth it.
HAIRSTYLE
Avoid at all costs having big messy frizzy hair. You want to have well kept, short on the sides hair with a fade(my recommendation). Don't go too classy with a sidepart part though (since the haircut is shit). You should take inspiration from the white guys in your area.
