Heard hydrogen peroxide damages enamel and therefore it is a cope, are there any other ways to whiten teeth without harming enamel?

Just want them a few shades whiter not like unnaturally white

yea tbh idk i got that done last year and its pretty good 0 issues with it. mine was more like a treatment
