Its not the plebe but the elites architecture.

Elites promoted breeding in the 50s and 60s as a way to increase workforce.

But realized its more profitable instead of breeding forcing youngcels and middle-agedcels to wageslave nonstop and import grown up readily available workforce from other countries, specially 3rd world for cheap manual labour.

So elites on one end disencourage procreation and nuclear family (most efficient social arrangement for procreation to date) and on the other hand encourage mass immigration

all in order to produce artificial demographic bonuses and keep racking up profits.

I've observed the opposite, richer people usually have 1-2 kids while poor ethnics 3-5

Actual rich people have more. But not too many of those around tbh.
