Who are some competent surgeons known to work with custom PEEK implants?

I've since had my silicone chin implant removed ~2 months or so ago.

At this point I won't let another surgeon touch me unless I know he's the real deal and knows exactly what he's doing with a track record to back it up.

I'm currently in pursuit of a custom PEEK chin implant alone.

I've already got the following surgeons on my radar:

- Eppley
- Yaremchuck
- Defrancq

Who else is there for consideration?

I would imagine the amount of users on this forum, some of you at least have stumbled across some others who are worthy of mention.

Were you just autistic when finding your first surgeon or is it hard to find someone? Isn't it safe to just choose someone with recent positive ratings/good results and experience?

Careless.

I didn't do the necessary research.

I thought a chin implant was impossible to fuck up.

It's actually a very hard procedure to do correctly and competently for good long term prognosis.

I also live in Australia, very few GOOD surgeons here for aesthetic lower third work.

Anyways don't get an implant dude, you have been here long enough to know that it's shit for the lower third.

Get an osteotomy. (Genio, chin wing ,bsso lefort 1 etc)

Genio is extremely limited and results in step off.

Also will result in further trauma to the mentalis / inner mucosa and potential further lower lip descent.

PEEK chin implants via submental incision > genioplasty.

I don't think anyone would make me change my mind at this point on that one.

But I haven't seen his Before and after implant work. Most of his works are Osteotomies

Mario Pagnoni does them custom. Good English and responses but I have yet to see results..
