Who are the best Looksologists around here to consult?

I need to consult someone blackpilled and high-knowledgeable Looksologist/PhD to be able to help me build my Looksmaxxing plan. I don't need to book a consultation with some surgeon and/or implant designer, because surgeries are my last and long-term option, since I am currently just a kid.

It used to be @Pinhead, but he's been gone for a while (deleted his account), now is @Luke LLL, but he also seems like he's been gone for a while since December.

He doesn’t just focus on designing implants? I’ve been watching his @giant.implants page on Ig for some time where he uploads Looksmaxxing/Blackpill in general, but I don’t know tbh if he can really help me in areas other than Hardmaxxing (Surgeries).

I focus on much more than implants but mostly surgical and medical treatments.

Procedures are the main looksmaxxes that actually work - aside from skincare, getting lean and working out. Everything else is basically a big cope. Anyone who says mewing/thumb pulling/bonesmashing etc transformed them was a teenager (puberty transformed them) and they are 100% broke.

Luke is knowledgeable I have known him for a long time. He will go more into NT and all that.
