the problem is they realised that shit was impossible so they gave up and turned to word salads and postmodern shitposts

imo Marx of course, but Kant and Hegel are for sure at the same level, so its a matter of taste. David Hume is also very underrated, although undeserving of being among the best of all time.

Not necessarily, there are lots of egoists who subscribe to marxist economics because they as workers would benefit from implementing socialism.

Im an 'egoist', I wouldn't say I subscribe to any philosophy, it's just recognizing ethics, morality ect are all just nonsense delusion.

I'm guided by my will or my ego, I don't care if it's right or wrong.

Im not bothered by the lack of 'meaning' in life, despairing over anything is silly.

The only thing that exists is the world, my will and my ability to exercise that will over the world.
