About me:
I'm 20 years old. Had orthodontic treatment done when I was 10 years old - which involved a palate expander with braces on the upper jaw. This worked after 2 years and I had to wear a retainer and gradually wear it less and less. However my teeth relapsed (not as sever as before treatment) but are bad. My two brothers who were similar age underwent the same treatment yet their teeth remained straight.

At 12 years old I wondered ytf my teeth relapsed. Fast forward to when I was about 17 I heard about mewing and its importance in facial development. I discovered I had never mewed and it finally made sense to me why my teeth relapsed and why I had issues speaking and swallowing. I also realised I had a SEVERELY deviated septum my whole life - I thought everyone could only breathe through one nostril. I saw an ENT and he said it's the worst he has ever seen (he asked if I broke my nose). Hence at night I was mouthbreathing hence why I never learnt to mew. In addition, I developed severe TMJ clicking and locking of the jaw - I believe it's due to the assymetries in my face from the deviated septum plus the jaw being set back due to having a class 2 (my teeth point inwards). In addition I believe the orthodontic treatment shrunk my maxilla.

So I have figured bimax would address the many functional issues I have with breathing and opening my jaw and improve my appearance. In addition I will get a septorhinoplasty to fix my deviated septum.

What movements and surgeries would you suggest and who should I see? I live in AUSTRALIA btw. I am willing to spend up to 50k AUD. What surgeries would yield the greatest benefit/cost ratio? I was thinking of seeing PAUL COCEANCIG but he's pricey I heard???

**Photos where phone not visible taken with selfie camera on Android hence possible lens distortion

I think a simple bimax with huge movement could make you a chad... Also fixing your skin after the surgery.

fix your skin, easily you'll be 6.5/10 just with that. After bimax you'll be chad lite or chad. Who knows?

Paul Coceancig is the best choice for Surgery, also visit https://www.cutis.com.au/ to fix your skin problems and get a clean cut from a good barber.
